What Happens After You Submit a Notice?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice to ensure it contains all required information.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the content about the removal.
- Take reasonable steps to contact the user and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Heavenly Home Ideas was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Heavenly Home Ideas has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
